Opening hours / Closing days

Opening hours: 10:00 - 17:00 *Last admission 30 minutes before closing
Closed on Wednesdays (or the following weekday if Wednesday is a public holiday)
New Year's holiday, mid-January, late February (please check the announcement for details)

Museum

  • Admission to all exhibition rooms and salons / Includes self-serve drinks and video explaining the exhibits
  • Re-entry to the salon is permitted within 3 hours.
  •  However, the salon will not be available on the following salon event days.

E-ticket adult 2,200 yen
Children (high school students and below) 1,000 yen
Same-day tickets (ticket vending machine) adult 2,300 yen
Children (high school students and below) 1,100 yen

Salon use only

  • A ticket that allows you to use the salon space equipped with Wi-Fi and self-serve drinks.
  • Re-entry allowed within 3 hours
  •  However, the salon will not be available on the following salon event days.

Same-day tickets (ticket vending machine)		 adult 800 yen
Children (high school students and below) 400 yen
    • Preschoolers: Free
 
  • Those with a disability certificate: Half price (excluding electronic tickets)

Free and half-price tickets for the above customers will be issued at the reception desk.

Requests when entering the museum

Please leave all baggage other than handbags in the lockers. Please refrain from bringing umbrellas into the exhibition rooms. Please refrain from taking photographs or videos in the exhibition rooms except in permitted areas. Even in areas where photography is permitted, please refrain from using tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks, taking continuous photographs, or taking close-up photographs of artworks. Please do not touch exhibits or display cases. Please refrain from making copies or using writing utensils in the exhibition rooms. Please refrain from talking on mobile phones in the exhibition rooms. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please refrain from eating and drinking outside designated areas.
