If you do not receive an email, your order may not have been accepted, so please contact us using the inquiry form. When the product is shipped, we will send an email to the email address you entered to inform you that the product has been shipped. <Exchanges and returns>
We will only accept exchanges or returns if the product is defective or damaged due to our fault.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us via the inquiry form within 2 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

<Regarding product price when returning>
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the credit card payment. Depending on the closing date of your credit card company, the product price may be debited from your account and then refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
<Cancellation>
Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been completed.
<Notification of delivery delays and out-of-stock items>
