Karuizawa Ando Museum of Art welcomes group visits. We offer convenient services for group visits, such as explanations of the artworks by curators and group discounts.
■ Explanation of works by curators (free, reservation required)
For groups of 10 or more, a curator will give a free explanation of the exhibits. The curator will provide a detailed explanation of the background and highlights of the artworks, allowing you to enjoy a deeper viewing experience.
*If you wish to have a guided tour of the artworks with a group of 9 or less, please write this in the "Message" field on the "Group Reservation Inquiry Form."
■ Group rates
29 people or less: Regular price (Adults 2,300 yen / Children (high school students and below) 1,100 yen)
Groups of 30 or more: 10% discount (Adults 2,070 yen / Children (high school students and below) 990 yen)
■Payment method
Please make payment on the day of your visit.
The available payment methods are as follows:

・Various barcode payments (PayPay, etc.)
・Touch payment (SUICA, transportation cards, nanaco, WAON, QUIC Pay)
・If you would like to use other payment methods, please contact us.
■Cancellation policy
Please note that if you cancel your reservation on the day of your reservation (after making the payment the day before) for personal reasons, we will be unable to provide a refund.
■Notes on use (please read)
・About reservations
Please apply using the dedicated email form at least one month before your desired date. After receiving your application, a staff member will contact you to confirm.
・About parking
We do not have a dedicated parking lot. When visiting, please use a nearby paid parking lot, such as the "Shin-Karuizawa Town Parking Lot" to the south of the hotel. However, you may temporarily park your car in front of the main entrance of the hotel when getting on or off.
