This tenugui towel is based on the illustrated book "The Joy of Eros" by Tsuguharu Foujita.

"The Joy of Eros" is a collection of poems compiled by the German poet Offenbach on the theme of "love," and Fujita has provided 10 illustrations and adorable cut-outs of angels as page decorations.

The tenugui cloths depict angels doing free-spirited activities, such as riding bicycles, drawing pictures, and dancing.
